POLICIES

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require 24 hours notice for all changes made.

 

If a cancellation is not placed before the 24 hour period, there will be a non refundable cancellation fee (50% of the originally booked service). Your card on file will be automatically charged.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there is no guarantee that your full service can be provided that day. This also categorizes as a no show and you will be charged for 100% of the service.

 

Please schedule your time wisely for future appointments. All services times are listed upon booking.

 

I ask clients to please respect and appreciate my time as I do yours.

 

Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment. We ask that only those individuals being serviced enter the salon. As much as we love your adorable kiddos, other clients have made child care arrangements, and it is only fair to keep this space as quiet and calming as possible.

 

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their appointment.
